Feedback is Welcome!

One of our most important goals for the Catechetical/Youth Ministry Office is to communicate with our parish coordinators and pastors. Our main means of communication are emails, voice mail, monthly updates and personal contact.

Our site continues to be upgraded and updated on a continual basis.  This site is for you and we appreciate any feedback or submissions you may have for us.

On Our Way with Jesus
has been revised, expanded and updated by Myrtle Power and Gwen Costello and published by Novalis. Each of the resources provide a leader guide, family guide with a section for the child. This is a great resource to involve the parents with their child's sacramental preparation. Samples are available in the office.

Psalm 78: 3-4 reminds us of this:
" things that we have heard and known,
that our ancestors have told us.
We will not hide from their children;
we will tell to the coming generation
the glorious deeds of the LORD, and his might,
and the wonders that he has done."

As we begin a new Catechetical year, we are reminded that all of us as a faith community are called to pass on our faith to others. Catechesis is a responsibility of the entire Christian Community. It takes an entire parish community to raise and support each other in faith.
